Machine Selection

(Your machine selection will depend on several factors.)

Is your application turf or agriculture?

What is the size of the area to be irrigated, length & width?

What is the irrigation cycle? (The frequency at which water is to be applied.)

How much water do you want to apply?

What is your water source? well, municipal or other

What is your pressure (psi) and flow (gallons per minute, gpm)?

What is your budget? To minimize labor and irrigation time, select the largest machine that fits your budget.

Machine Model Numbers

Machine model numbers provide information about the type of machine, B-bellows, T-turbine, E-engine, the inside diameter (I.D.) of the tube, and the length of the tube in feet. For example: a T-200/320 is a turbine machine with an inside tube diameter of 2" and a tube length of 320', an E40A/1320 is an engine driven machine with an inside tube diameter of 4" and a tube length of 1320'.
